Tasting note:

Leads with a nose of ripe raspberry and blood plums, dark chocolate and cherry ripe. All of the aromatics here are firmly in the red fruit spectrum, but it’s layered with beetroot, spices and jamon cured pork. The palate is slurpy, soft but similarly vibrant in its delivery, has a pliant tannin profile and reflective of the red fruit of the nose
