** NEW RELEASE ** 2025 The Grower Rosé

A down the line, light, refreshing and delicious bone-dry rosé here with everything once could want from the style.  Gently fruited with blood oranges, apricot, Aperol, cloves and balance from bittering quinine/citrus rind elements.  Talc minerals at the edges with a little rock salt, and the golden salmon colour is on point.  A clear southern French influence which is never a bad thing, nails the rosé brief of having enough interest and character without that getting in the way of thirst slaking session ability.  As a huge enthusiast of pink wine, I always enjoy the rosé release from Schwarz each year – another big nod here.
