This is the kind of wine that you have a pretty good feeling you’ll love, as soon as you twist open the screw cap. It filled the room with beautiful aromas of confectionery, raspberry, strawberry, red cherry, spice and violets (plus a touch of gaminess), with a colour that screamed youthful energy (something I needed after a long day of work). After a bit of air, some black pepper and darker cherry tones appear. The palate is oh-so-bright and cheerful, with a silky feel. It holds up incredibly well on the second night, hiding its 14.2% alcohol really well, and still has a lot of life left in it. Brendan Black, Winepilot - 93 Points |
This immediately appeals to the nose with black/blueberry, liquorice, warm spice, and roasted hazelnut aromas, followed by a generously textured palate offering plump mouthfeel and supple tannins. Beautifully rounded and silky with a lingering, succulent finish. At its best: now to 2035.

Fragrant bursts of apple, pears and hints of citrus. Smooth, crisp yet a creamy twist on the palate. Fresh, fruity, and balanced.

The 2023 Rosé gives the first impression of fruit sweetness and while it shows amazing fruit generosity it is unquestionably dry.

Food and Wine Pairing suggestion
Medium deep crimson, intense blackberry, musky plum hint strawberry aromas with charcuterie notes. Seductive plate with fresh buoyant dark berry meaty flavours, chocolaty textures, lovely Mid-palate richness and acid line. Lovely fruit complexity, richness flavour and structure.
