FAQ

When will my first payment for the Black Wine Club Subscription be processed?

Your first payment will be processed at the time of joining, you will then receive that quarters wine pack allocation. Subsequent payments will be processed automatically, 24 hours prior to each cycle. Cycles are every three months (billing & fulfilment dates for quarterly packs: 15 February, 15 May, 15 August, 15 November).

When are the subscription packs sent?

Members will receive a mystery six pack of wine every quarter for the set price of $120 for 3pk members and $200 for 6pk members. These will feature a selection of wines across our range, handpicked by owner and winemaker, Jason, and can include new releases, old favourites and the occasional museum release. Your orders will be packed and shipped the week of the 15th of each month – February, May, August and November.

Can I pause my membership, or skip a quarter?

We understand circumstances change, you might be going on a long holiday or moving houses. There is the option to pause your membership, for up to 12 months, or to skip a quarter. Please email us directly to discuss – info@schwarzwineco.com.au

How do I redeem my complimentary tasting at Artisans of Barossa?

Inquiries and bookings can ONLY be made via Schwarz Wine Co. on - info@schwarzwineco.com.au.

Complimentary tastings are available Monday – Fridays at Artisans of Barossa and include a range of Schwarz Wine Co. wines. Bookings are essential and subject to availability (excludes public holidays and private events).

What if I don’t like a specific varietal wine?

As much as we would love for you to try all the wines in our range, and/or share them with your family and friends if you really do not want to receive a specific variety of wine from our range please lets us know by emailing us at info@schwarzwineco.com.au

How do I accrue loyalty points?

Over the year, you will accrue loyalty points on your subscription payments, $60 for 3pk members, and $120 for 6pk members. PLUS earn loyalty and bonus loyalty points on extra purchases made throughout the year directly through Schwarz Wine Co.

Earn DOUBLE loyalty points on any purchases made during your birthday month.

Make sure we have your correct DOB on file at time of signing up!

How do I spend my loyalty points

Throughout the year, as a Black Wine Club member, you accumulate points based on your engagement and transactions. At the end of each year, these points are tallied and converted into a loyalty gift card with a corresponding dollar value. It's important to note that the issuance of this gift card is exclusive to members who have completed a full year of subscription. For instance, if you sign up in August 2023, your first gift card will be issued in the following November 2024, combining the points earned from your initial sign-up quarter and the subsequent full year's subscription.

Is Freight included?

Yes! Freight is included in your four quarterly subscription packs. Any additional purchases will incur freight charges, which will be shown at time of purchase.
